You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all inserts, tags, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, removal of protective seals, or damage not caused by us cannot be accepted.

If the item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will treat defective or damaged items as priority cases and provide a free return label. The item must still be returned in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@hasbropullse.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide a pre‑paid, trackable return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and attach the label.
  4. Drop the package off at the appropriate carrier location.

Returns sent back without prior communication cannot be processed.

All returns within the United States are completely free. We provide a pre‑paid return label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you at that time. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider; please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to post back to your original method of payment. Refunds will always be issued to the card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
